Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
LMO2 encodes a cysteine-rich, two LIM-domain protein required for yolk sac erythropoiesis.
This protein plays a central role in hematopoietic development and is highly conserved.
The transcription start site of LMO2 is located approximately 25 kb downstream from the 11p13 T-cell translocation cluster (11p13 ttc), a region associated with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia-specific translocations.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
