이 항체는 54 kDa 단백질인 AMACR(p504S)을 인식합니다. AMACR은 담즙산 생합성과 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화에 관여하는 효소로, 지질 대사에 필수적입니다.
전립선 선암 및 전암성 병변(HGPIN) 세포에서 강하게 발현되며, 정상 전립선 조직에서는 낮거나 검출되지 않습니다.
정상 간(간세포), 신장(세뇨관 상피), 담낭(상피세포)에서도 발현되며, 폐와 대장 상피에서도 발견됩니다.
AMACR은 간세포암, 신장암, 다양한 대장암에서도 과발현되는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
Target Information
P504S / AMACR (α-Methylacyl-CoA Racemase)
AMACR은 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화에 필수적인 효소입니다.
전립선 선암에서는 높은 발현을 보이지만, 양성 전립선 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
또한, 고등급 전립선 상피내 신생물(PIN) 및 비정형 선상 과형성 병변에서도 발현이 확인됩니다.
