Target Information
P504S/AMACR (α-Methylacyl-CoA Racemase)는 가지사슬 지방산의 β-산화 과정에서 필수적인 효소입니다. 면역조직화학 염색 결과, P504S 단백질은 양성 전립선 조직에서는 거의 발현되지 않으며, 전립선 선암(prostatic adenocarcinoma)에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다. 또한 고등급 전립선 상피내 신생물(high-grade PIN) 및 비정형 선종성 과형성(atypical adenomatous hyperplasia)에서도 발현이 관찰됩니다.
