Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a core component of the exosome complex. The mammalian exosome mediates rapid degradation of AU-rich element-containing RNAs but not poly(A) shortening. Its association with the exosome is mediated by interactions with ribosomal RNA-processing proteins 42 and 46.
