Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DLX gene family encodes homeobox-containing proteins related to Drosophila Distal-less (Dll), which is expressed in developing head and limbs.
This family includes at least six members (DLX1–DLX6) involved in forebrain and craniofacial development.
Three transcript variants have been described for DLX4, with one variant’s full-length form not yet characterized.
Different isoforms show distinct regulatory functions, including repression of the beta-globin gene.
