Target Information
APLNR (Apelin Receptor)는 G 단백질 결합 수용체 유전자 패밀리에 속하며, 안지오텐신 수용체와 유사하지만 실제로는 아펠린 수용체로서 adenylate cyclase 활성을 억제하고, 안지오텐신 II의 혈압 상승 작용에 반대되는 조절 역할을 합니다. 심혈관계, 중추신경계, 포도당 대사, 배아 및 종양 혈관신생, HIV-1 코리셉터 기능 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인한 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
