Mouse anti-Human Siglec-9, Clone K8 (also known as CD329), recognizes Human sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9, a single-pass type I membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.
Reconstitute by adding 1 mL distilled water.
Target Information
SIGLEC9 (Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9) is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. It contains two Ig-like C2 type domains and one Ig-like V-type domain. It preferentially binds to α2,3- or α2,6-linked sialic acid. The sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions with sialic acids on the same cell surface.
