Target Information
HLA-DQA1는 항원제시세포(APC)의 엔도사이토시스 경로를 통해 유입된 항원 유래 펩타이드를 결합하고, 이를 CD4 T세포가 인식할 수 있도록 세포 표면에 제시합니다. 이 과정에서 MHC class II 분자는 CD74와 결합하여 복합체를 형성하며, 엔도리소좀 내에서 항원 처리 후 CLIP 제거 및 항원 펩타이드 결합 과정을 거칩니다.
또한, 자가포식(autophagy) 경로를 통해 생성된 내인성 펩타이드도 MHC class II에 로딩될 수 있습니다. 위장관 상피세포 등 일부 비전형적인 세포에서도 MHC class II 및 CD74 발현이 관찰됩니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 신항원(neoantigen)의 동정 및 특성 분석에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
