This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to prevent contamination.

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information

FGFR4 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4) is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in multiple cellular processes such as angiogenesis, mitogenesis, osteogenesis, myogenesis, carcinogenesis, cellular differentiation, and tissue repair.
It regulates CYP7A1 expression in response to FGF19 and plays roles in postnatal lung development and skeletal muscle lineage formation.
FGFR family dysregulation has been linked to diseases including cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathy.
