Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

G protein-coupled receptor GPR49 (LGR5) is expressed in brain, skeletal muscle, placenta, and spinal cord. ESTs have been isolated from normal human brain (amygdala), embryo, placenta, and germ cell libraries.
GPCRs represent one of the largest families of signaling molecules, sharing a seven-transmembrane helical structure and existing in active and inactive forms.
Activation involves ligand-induced conformational changes leading to G-protein signaling and downstream effects.
Negative regulation of GPCRs plays a critical role in cellular physiology and pharmacological research.
