Target Information
MYEOV, also named as OCIM, was originally isolated by the NIH/3T3 tumorigenicity assay using DNA from a gastric carcinoma. It serves as a prognostic factor for multiple myeloma patients, partly through its role in MMC proliferation control. MYEOV is a candidate oncogene activated in the amplification core located proximal to CCND1.
