Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, store small aliquots at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

CCR7 is a member of the G protein–coupled receptor family, a subfamily of chemokine receptors. It was identified as being induced by Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) and may mediate EBV effects on B lymphocytes. CCR7 is expressed in blood, bone marrow, lymph nodes, and intestine, particularly in lymphoid tissues and activated B and T lymphocytes. It plays a role in memory T cell migration to inflamed tissues and dendritic cell maturation. The chemokine ligand CCL19 (ECL) is a specific ligand of CCR7. ESTs have been isolated from blood, embryo, lymph node, and thymus libraries. Related receptors include CCR1, CCR2A, CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, and the Duffy antigen, all involved in T cell chemotaxis and phagocytic cell migration to inflammation sites.
