Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, divide into small aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

This gene is one of three similar cation transporter genes located in a cluster on chromosome 6.
The encoded protein contains twelve putative transmembrane domains and is a plasma integral membrane protein.
