Produced in BALB/c mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human TNF-alpha.
Anti-Human TNF-alpha-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Target Information
TNF alpha는 종양괴사인자(TNF) 초가족에 속하는 다기능성 염증성 사이토카인으로, 주로 대식세포에서 분비되어 TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 및 TNFRSF1B/TNFBR 수용체에 결합합니다.
면역세포 조절, 세포 증식, 분화, 세포사멸, 지질 대사 및 응고 조절에 관여합니다.
비환원 조건에서 SDS-PAGE 분석 시 17 kDa 단일 밴드로 나타나며, 두세 개 이상의 단위체로 존재합니다.
마우스 knockout 연구에서는 TNF alpha의 신경 보호 기능이 제시되었으며, 종양 주입 시 괴사 유도 효과가 관찰되었습니다.
TNF alpha는 세균, 바이러스, 기생충 및 특정 진균 감염에 대한 면역 반응과 종양 괴사에도 관여합니다.
또한 자가면역질환, 인슐린 저항성, 암 등 다양한 질환과 관련되어 있습니다.
