Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Wnt-9b and less than 1% with mouse Wnt-1 and Wnt-4.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
WNT9A is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven-transmembrane receptors. It is a probable developmental protein and may act as a signaling molecule influencing the formation of specific tissue regions. WNT9A likely signals over only a few cell diameters.
