Invitrogen™ MagniSort™ Mouse CD117 (c-Kit) Positive Selection Kit

The MagniSort™ Mouse CD117 (c-Kit) Positive Selection Kit is designed for the magnetic separation of CD117+ cells by positive selection. It has been optimized for isolating CD117+ cells from mouse bone marrow using a biotinylated Anti-Mouse CD117 antibody and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads.

CD117+ cells are bound by the antibody and magnetic beads. When placed in a magnetic field, undesired cells are separated from CD117+ cells by decanting. After positive selection, the purity of selected cells can be verified by staining with Anti-Mouse CD117, clone 2B8.
