이 항체는 100% 서열 상동성에 기반하여 bovine, canine, human, non-human primate 및 zebrafish에도 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다.
Target Information
GABA는 포유류 뇌에서 주요 억제성 신경전달물질로, GABA-A 수용체(리간드 개폐성 염화 이온 채널)에 작용합니다.
이 채널의 염화 이온 전도는 benzodiazepine과 같은 약물에 의해 조절될 수 있으며, GABA-A 수용체는 최소 16개의 서로 다른 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다.
이 유전자는 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이도 발견되었습니다.
