Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Ion Channel CRISPR Library

The Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Ion Channel CRISPR Library targets 328 human ion channel genes, with up to 4 gRNAs per gene (pooled in a single well), for a total of 1,312 gRNAs. Each gene target is delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).

Gene targets were selected using the latest genome databases, including NCBI RefSeq, and cross-referenced with the Gene Ontology Consortium (GO) and HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC).

Each gene target includes up to four high-quality gRNAs to ensure robust knockout efficiency.

Design and Execute Without Limitations

LentiArray CRISPR libraries use a two-vector design, expressing Cas9 and gRNA from separate lentiviral constructs, allowing full control over genome editing delivery and timing.

• Cas9 lentivirus: Human codon-optimized Cas9 with a blasticidin-resistance gene under the EF-1α (EFS) promoter
• Option to co-infect with both Cas9 and gRNA lentiviruses or establish a stable Cas9-expressing cell line
• gRNA lentiviruses include a puromycin resistance gene for enrichment of edited cells

These features allow flexible experimental design and compatibility with multiplexed assays, as no fluorescent markers are included.
