Product Specific Information

The monoclonal antibody m2a-15F8 recognizes mouse IgG2a antibodies and is used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
It does not recognize other mouse isotypes nor cross-react with rat IgG2a or any rat isotype antibodies.

• Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
• Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells
• Recommended usage: ≤ 1.0 µg per test in 100 µL final volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test, empirically determined)
• Optimize antibody titration for best assay performance

• Excitation: 405 nm
• Emission: 436 nm
• Recommended filter: 450/50 bandpass or equivalent
• Ensure instrument compatibility with Super Bright 436
