- PA1-16957 is specific for the ~39 kDa SIRT6 protein.
- A higher molecular weight band (~59 kDa) may appear at lower dilutions such as 2 µg/mL.
- Suggested positive control: antigen standard for SIRT6 (transient overexpression lysate), HeLa whole cell extract.

SIRT6 (Mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase sirtuin-6), a mouse Sir2 homolog, is a chromatin-associated nuclear ADP-ribosyltransferase protein.
