Target Information
Cytokeratin 19은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군에 속하며, 인간 상피 조직에서 최소 20가지의 다양한 폴리펩타이드로 구성된 생화학적 다양성을 가지고 있습니다. Cytokeratin은 분자량 40–68 kDa, 등전점 pH 4.9–7.8 범위를 가지며, 인간 cytokeratin은 1–20번으로 번호가 매겨집니다.
인체의 다양한 상피는 상피 유형뿐 아니라 성숙도나 분화 정도에 따라 특이적인 cytokeratin을 발현합니다. Cytokeratin 아형 발현 패턴은 다양한 상피성 악성 종양을 구분하는 데 유용하게 사용됩니다. Cytokeratin 항체는 면역조직화학적 진단뿐 아니라 세포병리학 및 유세포분석에도 활용됩니다. 예를 들어, Cytokeratin 19은 간세포에서는 발현되지 않으므로 간 전이암 식별에 유용합니다.
