Target Information

MST1R (RON)은 세포 증식과 운동성 조절에 관여하는 receptor tyrosine kinase입니다. 이 단백질은 막관통성 이황화 결합 heterodimer로, 당화된 전구체가 35-kD(α) 및 150-kD(β) 서브유닛으로 절단되어 형성됩니다. 리간드 결합 시 β 서브유닛의 티로신 인산화가 유도됩니다.
MST1R/RON (-/-) 마우스는 착상기 이후 생존하지 못하며, 이 유전자는 3p21에 위치해 있으며, 소세포 폐암 및 신장암 등에서 빈번한 결손 또는 돌연변이 영역으로 보고되었습니다. MST1R/RON은 여러 상피암의 진행에 관여하며, 정상 인체 조직에서도 발현이 확인되었습니다. 관련 EST는 대장, 구강, 전립선, 고환 및 다양한 암 조직에서 분리되었습니다.
