Product Specific Information
- Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis:
Human, Gorilla, Marmoset, Dog, Bovine, Horse (94%); Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Elephant, Panda, Pig (88%). - For IHC(P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval.
After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
May bind to a neuropeptide and may regulate nociceptor function and/or development, including the sensation or modulation of pain.
Expressed in the gut, vas deferens, uterus, and aorta; barely detectable in liver, kidney, lung, and salivary gland.
