Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The CBLC gene encodes a member of the Cbl family of E3 ubiquitin ligases. Cbl proteins are involved in cell signaling through ubiquitination and subsequent downregulation of tyrosine kinases. Expression may be restricted to epithelial cells. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed.
