Target Information
OX40 (CD134) is a protein receptor expressed on T cells, which are key components of the immune system. Upon activation, OX40 enhances T cell proliferation and survival, strengthening immune responses against cancer and infections. OX40 agonists have shown potential in immunotherapy, improving outcomes of chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors, and may also be applicable to autoimmune diseases and allergies.
