Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GTF2H3 interacts with HIV-1 Tat as part of the HIV-1 transcription pre-initiation complex but is released from the elongation complex containing P-TEFb. It synergizes with HIV-1 Tat to promote transcription elongation from the HIV-1 LTR promoter.
