Target Information
MAP4K2 (GCK)는 JNK 경로를 활성화하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제입니다. 이 효소는 여러 조직에서 발견되지만, 림프 여포 내 배중심(germinal center) 세포에 제한적으로 발현되어 B세포 분화에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 소포의 표적화 또는 융합 조절에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다. MAP4K2는 TNF-alpha에 의해 활성화될 수 있으며, MAP kinase를 선택적으로 활성화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또한 TNF receptor-associated factor 2 (TRAF2)와 상호작용하여 MAP3K1/MEKK1 활성화에 관여할 수 있습니다.
