Target Information
CD38 (NAD⁺ glycohydrolase)는 II형 막관통 당단백질로, 성숙 림프구의 활성화·증식·분화를 유도하고, 골수 및 림프 전구세포의 세포사멸을 매개합니다.
CD38은 ADP-ribosyl cyclase, cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase, NAD⁺ glycohydrolase 등의 다기능 효소로 작용하며 세포 표면 수용체 역할도 수행합니다.
CD38 항체는 림프종·백혈병 아형 분석, 형질세포 검출(골수종 식별), 활성화된 B/T 세포의 마커로 유용합니다.
CD38은 세포 부착, 신호 전달, 칼슘 신호 조절에도 관여하며, 췌장·간·신장·악성 림프종·신경모세포종 등에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
CD38 이상은 만성 림프구성 백혈병 및 Richter 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
