Description:
TM-b1 단일클론 항체는 mouse CD122 (IL-2 receptor beta chain, 90–110 kDa)를 인식합니다. CD122는 NK 세포 및 일부 T 세포에서 발현되며, 활성화 시 발현이 증가합니다. CD122는 CD25 및 CD132와 결합하여 고친화성 IL-2 수용체를 형성하며, TM-b1 항체는 IL-2의 고친화성 결합을 억제합니다.
Applications Reported:
Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested:
Mouse spleen 세포를 대상으로 Flow Cytometry에서 테스트됨. ≤0.125 µg/test 사용 권장.
(100 µL 최종 부피 내 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정 필요).
최적 성능을 위해 항체 적정(titration) 권장.

- Low affinity form: α 단량체로 신호전달에 관여하지 않음
- Intermediate affinity form: α/β 이량체
- High affinity form: α/β/γ 삼량체
Intermediate 및 high affinity 형태는 receptor-mediated endocytosis 및 mitogenic signal 전달에 관여합니다.
CD122 유전자는 β 서브유닛을 암호화하며, type I 막단백질입니다.
CD122 기능 이상은 oligoarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis 및 rheumatoid factor negative juvenile idiopathic arthritis와 관련 있음.
