Haemagglutination 및 Western blotting을 통해 IgG heavy chain과 domain deletion myeloma를 사용하여 확인되었습니다.
Formaldehyde 고정 및 조직 처리에 민감하므로, 동결 절편의 경우 acetone 고정을 권장합니다.
MA5-16859는 Rhesus monkey와 교차 반응합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibody는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 지닌 친화정제 항체입니다.
검출, 분리, 정제 등의 다양한 응용에 사용되며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환됩니다.
여러 개의 secondary antibody가 하나의 primary antibody에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상이 가능합니다.
대부분의 secondary antibody는 대상 종의 면역글로불린 풀을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 추가적으로 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 제조됩니다.
