Target Information

CELF6 is an RNA-binding protein involved in regulation of pre-mRNA alternative splicing. It mediates exon inclusion or exclusion in tissue-specific and developmentally regulated splicing events.
Activates exon 5 inclusion of TNNT2 in a muscle-specific splicing enhancer (MSE)-dependent manner and promotes exon exclusion of INSR pre-mRNA.
