Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성 단일가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae과에 속합니다. 형태학적으로 Marburg virus와 유사하지만 항원적 특성은 공유하지 않습니다.
바이러스 게놈은 비분절 RNA로 구성되어 있으며, SDS-PAGE 분석 결과 7개의 구조 단백질이 존재합니다.

- L protein (180 K)
