Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein produced from the urine of post-menopausal women, with a total molecular mass of 35,500 Dalton.
HuFSH is a heterodimeric hormone consisting of a 165 amino acid α-chain (non-active) and a 115 amino acid β-chain.
