Product Specific Information
1 µg/mL of MA5-45551 was sufficient for detection of mGluR1/5 glutamate receptor in 20 µg of rat brain membrane lysate and assayed by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects approximately 130 kDa (both mGluR1 and mGluR5).
This antibody was formerly sold as clone S75-33.
Target Information
May play a role in synaptic transmission and may interact with mGluR1, another group I metabotropic glutamate receptor.
