Target Information
Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-kB p65)는 RELA 유전자에 의해 암호화되며 인간의 11번 염색체에 위치합니다. RelA로도 알려진 이 단백질은 Rel family에 속하며, NF-kB 복합체의 두 서브유닛 중 하나로 p50 또는 p52와 이합체를 형성합니다. TNF-α가 수용체에 결합하면 IKK가 인산화되어 IκB를 분해시키고, 이로 인해 NF-kB가 핵으로 이동하여 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. 특히 성숙한 B-림프구에서 면역글로불린 κ (kappa) 유전자 전사에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
