Target Information

CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)은 점막 관련 T 림프구 및 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자입니다. 150kDa α-체인과 120kDa β-체인으로 구성된 인테그린 계열 단백질로, α체인은 세포외 도메인에서 절단되어 이황화 결합된 중량 및 경량 체인을 형성합니다. β7 인테그린과 결합 시 E-cadherin 결합 인테그린인 인간 점막 림프구-1 항원을 형성합니다. CD103은 인간 장내 상피내 림프구(IEL)에 주로 발현되며, 접착 역할 외에도 IEL 활성화의 보조 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다. CD103 기능 이상은 털세포 백혈병 및 비장 변연부 림프종과 관련이 있습니다.
