Target Information
DAPK1 (Death-associated protein kinase 1)는 gamma-interferon에 의해 유도되는 프로그램된 세포 사멸에 관여하는 칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로, 잠재적인 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있습니다.
DAPK1은 세포 생존, apoptosis, autophagy를 조절하는 다양한 신호 경로에 관여하며, 세포 환경에 따라 type I (caspase-dependent) 또는 type II (caspase-independent) 세포 사멸을 매개합니다.
PIN1을 인산화하여 그 촉매 활성, 핵 내 위치 및 기능을 억제하며, TPM1, STX1A, PRKD1, BECN1, TSC2, RPS6, MYL9, DAPK3 등을 인산화합니다.
