HYB 249-01-02 detects Gc-Globulin in human samples.
It has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blotting techniques. HYB 249-01-02 reacts strongly with Gc-globulin.

Strong reaction is observed in ELISA with Gc-globulin coated directly onto the microtiter well and in sandwich ELISA when combined with a polyclonal antibody against Gc-globulin.
In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE, HYB 249-01-02 reacts with Gc-globulin in both reduced and unreduced forms.

Epitope specificity of HYB 249-01-02 differs from that of HYB 249-02-02, HYB 249-05-02, and HYB 249-10-02.
