HYB 246-04B-01은 ELISA 및 Western blot에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
이 항체는 SP-D에 대한 polyclonal antibody와 함께 sandwich ELISA의 검출 항체로 적합하며, 결합은 Ca++ 의존적입니다.
SDS-PAGE 후 Western blotting에서 비환원(non-reduced) SP-D에만 반응합니다.

Target Information

Surfactant protein D (SP-D)는 폐 상피세포에서 합성 및 분비되며, C-type lectin 계열의 group III에 속합니다.
이 그룹의 단백질은 다중 구형의 head 영역과 삼중 나선형의 collagen-like strand로 구성되어 있습니다.
SP-A, mannan-binding protein, conglutinin, collectin-43 등이 같은 그룹에 속하며, 이들은 다양한 세포의 C1q 수용체에 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
SP-D와 SP-A는 폐포 대식세포의 산소 라디칼 생성을 촉진하는 역할을 합니다.
