Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
TWEAK is a member of the TNF family and was initially described as a weak inducer of apoptosis. A receptor for TWEAK, known as TweakR, was identified via expression cloning from a HUVEC cell cDNA library.
TweakR belongs to the TNF receptor superfamily and can initiate proliferative signaling by binding to TRAF1, TRAF2, and TRAF3. TweakR mRNA is upregulated during tissue regeneration in the aorta and liver and may play roles in vascular cell migration and angiogenesis.
