Target Information
Lyn proto-oncogene (Lcl/Yes related novel protein tyrosine kinase)는 인간의 염색체 8번에 위치한 Lyn 유전자에 의해 암호화되며, Src family kinase에 속하는 비수용체성 티로신 키나아제입니다. Lyn은 세포 신호전달의 매개체로 작용하며, 주로 조혈세포(lymphoid 및 myeloid cell)에서 발현되고 T 림프구에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 또한 Lyn은 B 세포 수용체 신호전달, 비만세포 신호전달, 그리고 Epithelial–Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) 조절 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다.
