The goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody reacts with the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG, with minimal cross-reactivity to human, rat, bovine, goat, hamster, and rabbit serum proteins.
Reactivity has been shown to IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3, with some reactivity to IgM.
This antibody is a F(ab`)2 fragment, containing two Fab domains linked through the hinge region. Removal of the Fc region reduces Fc-mediated binding issues.

This polyclonal antibody has been validated as a secondary reagent for recognizing cells stained with a mouse IgG primary antibody.
Reported application: Flow cytometric analysis.

Recommended Usage

• Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
• Use ≤ 0.5 µg per test (100 µL final volume).
• Optimal cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test (empirically determined).
• Excitation: 633–647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red Laser.
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
