Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Posttranslational modification of proteins by the addition of the small protein SUMO (sumoylation) regulates protein structure and intracellular localization.
SAE1 and UBA2 form a heterodimer functioning as a SUMO-activating enzyme for protein sumoylation (Okuma et al., 1999).
