- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.

It plays roles in:
- Regulation of leukocyte migration
- Leukocyte–endothelial cell adhesion
- Signal transduction
