Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분 가열 후 실온에서 20분 냉각합니다.
Target Information
ITLN1은 기저 포도당 흡수에는 영향을 주지 않지만, 인슐린 자극 포도당 흡수를 증가시킵니다.
ITLN1은 인슐린 존재 여부와 관계없이 AKT 인산화를 증가시키며, 미생물 방어 시스템에 관여할 수 있습니다.
병원체의 탄수화물 사슬 및 galactofuranosyl 잔기를 포함한 세균 성분을 칼슘 의존적으로 인식할 수 있습니다.
또한 철 대사에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
