Recommended positive controls: human colorectal carcinoma.
Detects tumor-associated antigen in serum of colorectal carcinoma patients.
Reacts with mucin-like oncofetal pancarcinoma antigen, glycoprotein TAG-72 (MW: 220–400 kDa).
Detects human colorectal carcinoma tissue, but not normal adult tissues such as liver, colon, breast, stomach, lymph node, or kidney.

This antibody is a marker for colon carcinoma.
