Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

IFIT3 is an IFN-induced antiviral protein that inhibits cellular and viral processes such as migration, proliferation, signaling, and replication. It enhances MAVS-mediated antiviral responses by bridging TBK1 to MAVS, leading to TBK1 activation and IRF3 phosphorylation. IFIT3 also exhibits antiproliferative activity by upregulating CDKN1A/p21 and CDKN1B/p27 through sequestration of COPS5 in the cytoplasm, thereby increasing nuclear CDKN1B/p27 levels and downregulating MYC. It can negatively regulate the apoptotic effects of IFIT2.
