Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RNF144B is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that accepts ubiquitin from E2 conjugating enzymes (UBE2L3, UBE2L6) and transfers it to substrates such as LCMT2, promoting their degradation.
It induces apoptosis via a p53/TP53-dependent but caspase-independent mechanism. Overexpression can reduce the ubiquitin-dependent stability of BAX, leading to protection from cell death, although it is not inherently anti-apoptotic.
