Target Information
SIRP beta 1은 Ig superfamily 내 SIRP 계열에 속하는 type I transmembrane protein입니다. 이 단백질은 V-set Ig domain과 두 개의 C1-set Ig domain을 포함하는 세포외 영역을 가지며, SIRP alpha와 달리 ITIM 도메인이 없고 ITAM motif를 가진 adaptor molecule과 결합할 수 있는 양전하 잔기를 포함합니다. SIRP beta 1은 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포 계통의 세포에서 발현됩니다.
