Target Information
ROR2 (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2)는 세포 표면 수용체의 ROR 하위 패밀리에 속하는 Type I 막 단백질입니다. 연골세포 및 연골, 성장판 발달 초기 형성에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 배아 발생 초기 단계에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 성체 조직에서는 매우 낮은 수준으로 감소합니다.
ROR2 유전자 결함은 Brachydactyly type B1 (BDB1) 및 Robinow syndrome (RRS) 와 관련이 있습니다.
- BDB1: 원위 지골과 손톱의 형성 저하 또는 결여로 인한 상염색체 우성 골격 이상증
- RRS: 사지 단축, 척추 결함, 골격 이형성, 안면 기형을 특징으로 하는 상염색체 열성 질환
ROR2 단백질은 frizzled (FZ) domain, immunoglobulin-like C2-type domain, kringle domain을 포함합니다.
